With cameras flashing and all eyes on her, Audrey Hepburn was a sensation. She was known to be sweet, kind, and fabulous. Being an iconic pin-up girl, there was much more to her than people thought.
She took her grace with her into old age, and despite having cancer of the appendix, continued her work for UNICEF. She was a truly dedicated woman right until the very end. This picture was taken in the fall of 1992, and she passed away at the age of 63 in January 1993.
