Bob Marley known primarily as a proponent of love, peace, and nonviolence, became an international icon. Bob was the one who told us that if we just work together, then everything will be alright.
In 1977, however, Bob was diagnosed with melanoma, a skin cancer, and was confronted with dealing with this personal issue, rather than world peace. This picture was taken a few short months before Bob passed away. Despite this tragic loss to society, Bob’s legacy, both musically and socially, will never be forgotten.
