When Heath Ledger’s passing was announced in 2008, few people knew what that meant for his upcoming projects. The star had just put in an Oscar-worthy performance as ‘The Joker’ in ‘The Dark Knight,’ and this image came from his final film.
This is Ledger in character for ‘The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus,’ his last-ever role. Just days after this image was taken Ledger was found in his hotel room after taking an accidental overdose of his prescription medication.
