Although Christie had no brothers or sisters, she was more than happy to have just her parents. In fact, she wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. She was super close to her mom and dad, and because it was just a family of three, she would tell them everything and anything.
Christie says, “I don’t ever recall going through that ‘I hate you, you’re so embarrassing’ phase as a teenager. I was never embarrassed by them. I loved being with them. They were my favorite people.”
