Here is a breakdown of the differences, starting from above the bottom left corner of the photo. Although massive close up, this photo makes the buildings in the distance tiny, thus it was easy to remove an entire section.
A small decorative piece is missing from the top of the telephone booth. Big Ben has been vandalized in one shot, with its top row of window frames being removed. Heading straight down from Big Ben to the street, a trash can is removed. Lastly, the windows on the building at the right edge are gone.
