We think we would all agree that the movie Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein was a complete flop, to say the least. It is arguably due to Robert De Niro’s awkward portrayal of The Creature.
De Niro decided to keep his unusually thick New York accent while playing the part. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the thick prosthetics used to make him look like a beast were massively over the top. The whole thing was just a disaster.
