You might think that this is a photo of Winnie Forsyth, the former wife of Bruce Forsyth, trying out an experimental look a la Lady Gaga or something. But no, the piece of fabric flowing over her face was not intentional at all.
Far from it! That was actually the train of her dress that got caught in the wind, flying up and ruining her look. She took it in good humor, though, and eventually had a chance to remove the train and save the night for herself.
