Despite reports of a rift between the two royal brothers, there is still cooperation between them over at least one project: a statue to their mother, Princess Diana. This has been in the works for a number of years now, and was originally commissioned on the 20th anniversary of her passing.
It’s planned to be installed in the Sunken Garden of Kensington Palace. As part of these plans, the two brothers are working together to fund its creation in time for her 60th birthday. The idea behind the statue is to keep their mother’s legacy alive.
