There is a story behind this picture here. Clearly, it’s an ultrasound, but this was a prediction that came from a fortune. This occurred before the couple found out what their child was going to be.
Now, let’s be real for a second, this type of fortune is not that hard to get correct. After all, you’re always going to have a 50-50 chance. Just flip a coin as it’s either going to be a girl or a boy. Still, it’s pretty cool that the fortune came true. At least we think it did.
