Is there any other word to describe this other than awkward? It’s a wonder the newscaster didn’t look behind him to see that he was the prime suspect. Then again, maybe he just ended up looking like the prime suspect.
One thing’s for sure, the live audience was probably losing their collective minds when they saw this live. All the kids were probably going, “Mommy, that guy’s the robber.” If a child can figure out, you know it’s pretty darn obvious.
