Everyone knows him as the “Science Guy,” and everyone knows Bill Nye for his happy and uplifting presence on television. Because of this, most people assume that he’s just as polite and happy in real life.
Of course, things aren’t always what they seem, and one person who got the chance to attend one of his speeches realized this for themselves. In fact, they quickly discovered that Bill Nye doesn’t like fans talking to him, as he supposedly ignored them completely instead of giving them a smile.
