The Santa Clause is a Disney film trilogy built around the premise that some schlub from ‘burbs straight up jacked Santa Clause. We mean, there’s a little more to it than that… but not MUCH more.
While Elijah’s description makes the classic Christmas comedy seem like psychological horror, the original’s actually right up there in terms of creepiness. In the Santa Clause’s world, Saint Nick’s not only real but also portrayed by a never-ending list of unwitting men who have somehow been tricked into losing everything and everyone they’ve ever loved to work one night a year.
