Isaiah Washington had worked in the TV show Grey’s Anatomy, in which he played Dr. Burke. Although the show started from 2005 and is still strong now, Washington was only on the show until 2007.
He had used personal slurs on T. R. Knight, a co-star on the show, and had an argument with another co-star, Katherine Heigl. The crew of the show would not take a single nonsense that Washington gave, and kicked him out of the show immediately. Since then, no one, not even recruiting agents, would want to work with him.
