This is something that many cities and townships could adopt, honestly. When winter hits in many places on the globe, snow, sleet, ice, and many other elements of the season rear their ugly heads.
To combat this, many cities will rely on salt. This isn’t a bad solution, but what if the major streets and sidewalks had heating systems? Said heating systems would melt the streets and sidewalks to the bare surface. This would get rid of a ton of falls and accidents.
