When Prince Charles was 9 years old, he was further mortified when he was watching the Commonwealth Games with a few of his friends when his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, made the announcement on TV that she was bestowing the title upon him of Prince of Wales.
We cannot imagine what that must be like – chilling with your friends and then getting your eighth title on national television, but then again, we are no royals!
