For the time being, George is being allowed the luxury of just being a kid, getting to focus on ice cream and cake, playing with firetrucks, doing his homework and messing around with his brother, sister, and cousins.
Will and Kate are aware that eventually they will have to teach him certain lessons one day, but for now, there is no need to rush. George is being given the freedom to explore life oblivious to the future that awaits him.
