College isn’t cheap, and there’s a lot of pressure to pass your classes. That’s why students resort to cheating, even though they’re fully aware of the consequences.

Of course, if you’re going to cheat at all, it helps to cheat on the right test, in the right classroom. While Joe’s failing grade in this class isn’t a concern, it means he’s clearly missed a test somewhere else. So either way, he failed. See that, cheating never pays.
