As we all know by now, Christina and Tarek are now divorced, and if you watch back some of the last seasons of the show, there’s palpable building tension between the two that indicates a divorce is imminent.
In fact, there’s rumors that the on-set tension could sometimes be cut with a knife, and this was down to both Tarek and Christina making snide and digging comments at one another. Allegedly, the editors had to cut out hours worth of footage due to the underlying personal troubles of their married life.
