By their mid-twenties, both Tarek and Christina were taking the real estate industry by storm, and on top of their career successes, they also fell in love. They embarked on a loving relationship, and it wasn’t long before they decided to start their own business together.
However, in 2008 when the financial housing market took a sharp fall, Christina and Tarek were left in the dark for a while. They went from renting a $6,000 a month house to renting a $700 a month apartment.
