While Gianni purchased the home for $7.5 million in 1995, it is worth quite a bit more now. Public records indicated that the estate is now valued at over a whopping $36 million!
Currently, it is owned by the Institute of International Education, a non profit organization that is dedicated to advancing education throughout the world. It is believed that the Swedish banker Thomas Sandell acquired the property in August 2005 for $30 million.
