Much of the public was shocked in 2018 when Justin Bieber announced his marriage to Hailey Baldwin, daughter of actor, Alec Baldwin. However, these two had known each for 10 years by then, and had dated on and off starting from 2009.
The marriage still came as a surprise, since Justin had rekindled his relationship with ex, Selena Gomez earlier that year. By June, however, he reconnected with Hailey and proposed to her on July 7, 2018.
