Dr Seuss created many stories that involved many characters, with one of the more notable ones being the Grinch. In fact, the Grinch was so famous that plenty of movies were made about him, with one releasing not too long ago in 2018.
Apparently, this woman here is trying to express how being called a Grinch would mean that she is a good person that likes Christmas, rather than the bad person it was portrayed to be initially. That is just another way to put it.
