Not everything in this world is perfect, even machines make mistakes at times. We believe that this manufacturing defect was probably due to a certain error that happened in the factory. Of course, this would cause problems at the shop, like where the statue would have to face and what not.
The shop should have just sent it back to the factory and got it exchanged for a working one. Nevertheless, this mannequin seems pretty funny running backwards.
