At times, people post some silly stuff that can hardly be forgotten. Take this post for example. Chick-fil-A’s social media administrator had no idea that Alaska is part of the United States of America.
While his unknowledge can be forgiven, common geographical knowledge about Alaska’s location is something that a good number of Americans don’t know about. Alaskans vote for the U.S. President just like residents of Florida or Georgia do. That said, Alaskans are pretty used to explaining that their state is part of America, and they are hardly bothered to this.
