While there is nothing wrong with making a joke here and there, you may want to make sure your joke is actually funny before you try it out on strangers.
This guy had to learn that the hard way because when he tried to make a joke about paying for his items with his nothing but his “good looks” there was only silence by those who overheard him. For some reason, we have a feeling he couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
