In this world, there are those random conditions that people seem to have for no reason. Like being color blind, or gluten-free, or synesthetic, or what have you. We always come to know them by these conditions. “Oh, Gary? That’s my color blind friend.” Discriminatory? Maybe.
True? Yes. As much as we might mentally lump all of these conditions together, we would never admit to it out loud. (Oh wait, we just did.) And that’s what makes this overheard conversation so funny. They really aren’t the same thing… but then again, they kinda are.
