This doctor overheard quite the interesting conversation with someone who clearly didn’t pay attention in biology class. For some reason, they were talking about chickens, when one of them said that they were almost certain that “male chickens don’t lay eggs” before adding that the only way they find out a chicken is female is when the “egg pops out.”
You shouldn’t have to be a farmer to understand that only female chickens can lay eggs…and that they don’t just magically appear there either.
