What do you do when you only have a few bucks to your name? Well, you could try to test your luck and buy some lottery tickets – which is what this guy did.
This Twitter user overheard someone saying that they actually won $15 worth of scratch tickets and instead of using it on something practical like groceries – they were already making plans to ‘go out.’ Not sure where they are planning on going out, but pretty sure they won’t get too far with only $15.
