Mimi probably assumed that this wouldn’t come as much of a shock to the bride, since, by this point, most would have probably done their research and seen how much these things cost. Weddings flowers are by no means cheap, and they take an awful lot of hard work and labor.
Considering that flowers aren’t forever once they’re cut, there’s a short window for the florist to get the work done and still have them looking fresh and beautiful. That’s no easy task, nor it is a quick one either.
