Orville Richard Burrell, better known as Shaggy, is one of the most notable musicians in the United States, having been nominated for the Grammy Awards on seven different occasions.
Shaggy has actually served in the Persian Gulf War as a lance corporal with a field artillery battery after enlisting in 1988. In his time there, he managed to perfect his singing voice. He would continue to succeed as a singer and actor in his later life after his discharge from the army.
