Although introverts often have a ton of thoughts all whirling through their mind at one time, they also know how to focus on someone when they are speaking. This means they push everything else to one side to take everything else on board.
This is an excellent skill for introverts that want to step up and lead as they know how to listen to others before making suggestions based on other people’s ideas. If you need someone to listen to your issues, then you might want to find yourself an introvert.
