[post_page_title]Fact check: The Queen trying to decide who her favorite child is[/post_page_title]
In one episode, when Margaret Thatcher’s son Mark goes missing in the Sahara, the Queen decides to reconnect with her children, and find out who her favorite is. She proceeds to meet with each of them, eventually landing on Prince Andrew as the apple of her eye.

The meetings are a complete fabrication, and are “utterly out of character” for the Queen, according to one expert. Moreover, while it has been speculated that Andrew was her favorite, the Queen’s cousin supposedly said it was in fact her youngest, Edward, since he was most like her in character.
