Imagine arriving at the wharf, thinking you have your boat attached at the end of your car being tugged along all this time, only to discover that you have dropped it on the way.
Seriously, did this guy not notice an entire boat slipping off the end of his car? If you do not realize something this big going missing, we do not think you deserve to own such a boat, or have a boat license at the very least.
