Not much can beat a cold can of Coca-Cola on a hot, summer day. It’s one of the most refreshing beverages out there, and there’s a real sense of history in each sip. Coca-Cola is pretty much a part of pop culture around the world at this point.
As ubiquitous as it is, the Coca-Cola Company once tried to mess with their classic formula, resulting in what they dubbed New Coke. They hoped it would be a sensation. It wasn’t. No one bought any, and they lost about $34 million on the experiment.
