Most people are familiar with Taryn Manning, and this is largely due to her role in Orange is the New Black. While many people assumed that the actress was nothing like her criminal character, things soon took a turn one evening when she was working late with her assistant in tow.
During this fateful evening, a verbal fight between Taryn and her assistant soon turned into something much more physical. Manning not only punched her assistant but also choked them. She was arrested but later released when her assistant dropped the charges.
