Madonna may be the Queen of Pop, but that doesn’t mean that she’s the queen of being a boss. In fact, Madonna had a whopping five members of staff leave her within seven days in 2009, and it seems as though they just couldn’t get to grips with her overbearing ways.
According to those who have worked with her in the past, Madonna would not allow anyone to have a life outside of her own and made sure that they were available 24/7 for her ridiculous demands.
