As for Shoukry, he has since revealed that he plans on framing Don’s thank you letter. He said that when reading the letter, he and his girlfriend were on the “verge of tears” and explained that he never received a mailed thank you note from a customer before.
Shoukry is planning on writing back to Don’s letter and offer to digitize the VHS tapes for him – that way he can have them stored safely forever, and easily pass them on from generation to generation.
