On a cold day, there is nothing worse than really needing to go to the bathroom and sitting on the toilet seat only to jump right back up again because it’s freezing. This person had fixed that problem but has thrown hygiene out the window.
They seem to value comfort over hygiene, and we’re not sure how we feel about it. The worst part is knowing that other people will also use this toilet seat, and the stains might not even be your own.
