We aren’t really sure what is going on here. Have they tried to create a unique water feature? Or perhaps they got fed up of cold callers? Either way, this does seem to be an extreme resort. Why was a telephone the first object they thought of to fix a tap handle?
Maybe they were getting desperate? All we know is that a lot of questions come with this DIY creation, and we don’t think we’ll ever get the answers we are looking for.
