Glazier had been a part of the police force for 25 years, and in that time, he’d met a lot of desperate people. He knew that not everyone who ended up behind bars deserved to be there, and Ebony was one such example.
Luckily, all that time as a cop had introduced him to quite a few helpful contacts. That included the director of a homeless shelter who’d he’d met at one of his previous precincts. Glazier believed this person would have the key to solving all of Rhodes’ problems.
