Not only did Glazier’s actions provide temporary and eventually permanent housing for an entire family, it was potentially the tipping point in Ebony’s children’s lives. It’s hard to say whether Calvin would have made it to college and graduated without intervention.
Much of that can be attributed to great parenting, and hard work on Calvin’s side, but he could have felt compelled to help his family out rather than go to college. Could this have been the turning point that set Calvin on his path to success?
