While there are definitely several essential players in this story, things wouldn’t have worked out so well if it wasn’t for the help of the community. Ebony’s family managed to keep a roof over their heads and deal with all their bills because of everyone who’d donated to their GoFundMe page.
No-one was forced to give away their money – they did it because they were good people. They figured that if they could afford to make a donation, why not help a family in their time of need?
