Unfortunately, while moving out of the shelter should have been a cause for celebration, things soon took a turn for the worst. The family wasn’t in the best of health, with Ebony and most of her children suffering from various issues.
Her daughter – Danniaja – was living with Lupus and partial blindness, while her son – Jaheame – got severely burned during a campfire accident. The constant back and forth to the hospital drained the family of all their savings, putting them at risk of becoming homeless once again. They desperately needed help.
