No one with even a passing knowledge of Eminem’s career needs to be told this, but apart from his own mother, Kim was perhaps the biggest target in the rapper’s lyrics. Their relationship had been difficult from the start, with Kim attempting to take her own life and Eminem struggling with an illegal substances habit.
The couple divorced in 2001. Five years later, though, they shocked the world by not only getting back together but also getting married again. Somewhat predictably, the marriage ended a mere four months later. Today, they’re supposedly on friendlier terms and continue to co-parent 24-year-old Hailie.
