When you fall for someone in high school, you typically want to spend as much time with them as possible. That was certainly the case for Ron Howard, who reportedly couldn’t stay away from schoolmate Cheryl Alley.
The two met at John Burroughs High School and quickly became infatuated with one another, much to his parents’ irritation. Apparently, Ron was around Cheryl’s house so frequently that he was later restricted to two visits a week. His mom and dad probably felt he wasn’t focusing enough on his schoolwork.
