Everyone that has seen “Lord of the Rings” knows what a big deal Viggo Mortensen is, and recognizes him for the enormous talent that he is as an actor. Sometimes, though, he goes a little too far when getting into character, sacrificing his personal hygiene in the process.
To prepare for his role in “Lord of the Rings,” Viggo ventured into the woods and opted to live off the land rather than his opulent Hollywood lifestyle. We can imagine what he smelt like after this.
