Cleaning your car means getting into all those forgotten spots – including the ones under the hood. Older cars or those that get a lot of wear and tear could mean that your battery starts to let out some corrosive liquid.
If it’s left for too long, then it might begin to break down other areas of your car engine, too. That’s where cola steps in. The soda is excellent at removing most unwanted things. Make sure the engine’s off and cool, loosen the terminals slightly, disconnect the battery, and soak the corroded areas in soda.
