It’s pretty cool getting to see how Sephora staff do their thing. This staff member is using their technology to work out this woman’s skin tone so she can give her the best match. However, she seems utterly disinterested in the whole ordeal.
Sephora likes to hire their staff based on their passion for what they do. If someone is interested in the task at hand, then they’re more likely to do it better than they would if they weren’t.
