This was an excellent event for both customers and employees and was a chance to really explore makeup and personalize it. Of course, it means that the Sephora cast members were probably going to let their guard down a time or two.
Well, by dropping a semblance of professionalism, customers were able to relax into their sessions a lot more. This made it so much more enjoyable, even if the workers had forgotten to care about the camera.
