There seems to be a pattern appearing on this list. I wonder what it could be? Okay, so it’s kind of obvious. One great design tactic that captures a person’s attention is to make a container or holder look like the object it’s meant to contain or hold. We have the umbrella stand in the shape of an umbrella. Now, we have the Band-Aid packet that resembles a Band-Aid. We love it. Band-Aids are so cool. Scrapes, scratches, bumps, bruises — they’re all a part of life, so embrace them.
